"I ordered the tyres and booked the appointment online which was very straightforward and the email confirmation gave me all the information I needed. On arrival at the Witney branch, the guy who checked me in was very friendly and explained approximately how long it would take. the other guys I saw wee also very friendly and it was a very pleasant experience. My car was ready earlier than expected, which is always a bonus and the car had been left in a very clean condition. I was also given details of the safety checks that had been carried out and he also explained the invoice fully. All in all, I could not have been been better looked after, and I cannot see how they could have improved the service."
