"I visited Merityre today for the first time. I had an issue with my exhaust rattling. I turned up at 4pm and was served by Dev. He was such a top bloke and so helpful. He explained that their mechanic was not there but he would still take a look in case it was something obvious. One of the rubber mounts had split. He showed me and advised me to take photos so I knew the exact part that was needed. I am useless with cars but he explained everything very clearly. Dev managed to do a temporary fix and I am so grateful. His customer service was exceptional. Thank you Dev."
