"Outstanding service, expertise and customer care! This is the right place if you have been like me, ripped off by garages. I urgently needed two new tyres for my 4-wheel-drive car, but because of the drivetrain I needed very specific tyres to match the two already fitted. I called almost every tyre garage in Bracknell and the surrounding area, and I was becoming increasingly frustrated. Most seemed far more interested in selling me four tyres than actually helping me find the right solution. Then I called Merityre Specialists and spoke to Vince and what a difference! Vince was the first person who genuinely listened, understood exactly what I needed and actually wanted to help me source the correct tyres rather than simply trying to make a bigger sale. When I arrived, I was equally impressed. The garage is immaculately clean, modern and extremely professional, and Ozzy and Dan took care of everything brilliantly. What really stood out was the outstanding level of mechanical knowledge across the team, especially Ozzy and Dan. They clearly understood the specific mechanical demands of my vehicle, the importance of matching the tyres correctly on a 4-wheel-drive system, and how best to maintain the vehicle properly. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my car was in capable hands. The price was very reasonable, the workmanship was excellent and the customer service was first class from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a garage where technical expertise, honesty and doing the right thing for the customer come before simply making a sale. A massive thank you to Vince, Ozzy and Dan.
